Prompt 1 ‘Water’ – 1st Day of Spring

with No Comments

Today is the first day of Spring

It is the Festival of Imbolc, and is known as Lá Fhéile Bríde or St Brigit’s day

This festival marked the beginning of spring and has been celebrated since ancient times. Visiting water sources, such as holy wells was a long held tradition on this day, to pray for good health

How about a short verse, or image, or sound recording about ‘Water’ in honour of the first day of Spring?
